  • Black ABS Handle with 3 brass rivets
  • Fully forged Carbon Steel blade
  • Paring Knife: a knife that is light, handy and sharp. Its short rigid blade has a central tip
  • Chef's Knife: a knife with a wide, rigid blade
  • Flexible Fillet Knife: a knife with a narrow flexible blade
  • Slicing Knife: a knife with a narrow rigid blade
  • Boning Knife: a knife with a honed, rigid blade
