Product Uses

  • Paring Knife: ideal for paring and peeling fruits and vegetables that you can hold in the hollow of your hand
  • Serrated Knife: ideal for fine cutting or slicing, without bruising tender or delicate fruit or vegetables, e.g. tomatoes, oranges, lemons. It can also be used as a small bread knife, e.g. for slicing baguettes
  • Steak Knife: a kitchen knife that can be presented at the table to serve a piece of beef
  • Chef's Knife: ideal for cutting slices of thick meat, cutting vegetables and fruit and chopping and mincing aromatic herbs
  • Slicing Knife: ideal for cutting up meat or poultry or for thin-slicing fillets
  • Flexible Fillet Knife: allows you to work with fish to lift the fillets and cut very thin strips
  • Santoku Knife:
  • Bread Knife: great for slicing all types of bread, brioche and cakes. It can be used to remove the thick skin of certain vegetables or fruit e.g. pineapples

Product Care

  • High quality products deserve high quality care
  • JR Classic Trends highly recommends that dishwasher use is unadvisable
  • Hand washing your Sabatier Knives will ensure longer lasting performance
  • If stubborn stains persist, simply wash in warm soapy water and use a nylon scourer 
  • Before storing your utensil, it needs to be clean and dry
