Product Care
- High quality products deserve high quality care.
- Always hand wash in warm soapy water, never in the dishwasher.
- If stubborn stains persist, simply soak in warm soapy water and use a nylon scourer.
- Never plunge your hot tins into cold water, as extremes of temperature can cause distortion
- Before storing your cookware it needs to be clean and dry.
- To get the best results from your hard anodised cookware they will benefit from seasoning. To do this, put a generous layer of cooking oil in the base of the tray or dish. Place in a hot oven (approx 200°C) for about 10 – 15 minutes and then allow to cool. Remove from the oven, dispose of the oil carefully and then hand wash in warm soapy water.
